I offer confidential, culturally sensitive psychotherapy and counseling in English for international professionals, expats, U.S. military personnel, and their partners and families. As a licensed psychotherapist trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy / Adlerian Psychology, I help people navigate personal challenges, relationship difficulties, and emotional crises in a safe, understanding, and non-judgmental space. Together, we work toward relief, new perspectives, and lasting positive change. I offer self-pay services and am an official TRICARE Network Provider for eligible U.S. military personnel and their families. Private U.S. health insurance may also provide coverage, depending on your plan.
